For more information regarding the society (times, dates, events and clothing etc...) please feel free to contact us.
What do I wear to my first lesson?
Shorts are best but if you feel more comfortable in joggers or leggings you will be able to wear those for the first few weeks. As you advance you will need to grip onto the pole with your legs, which shorts will allow.
Is there anything I need to bring with me?
No, however you may find a bottle of water useful, and later on you may consider investing in some grip such as chalk.
Are there any other pointers which would help in my first lesson?
Make sure you don't moisturise or spray tan within the 24 hour preceding your lesson as this will make the poles slippery and potentially hazardous to other users as well as yourself.
